Much like the shaman of a tribe was looked to to provide help for an ailing village, the corporate shaman works with organizations in much the same way.

Organizations have multiple energies surrounding them; like people, a balance in all energies is necessary for the health of an organization.

The people, goals, accomplishments, challenges, resources and visions in an organization all bring energy into the business space.  When one or more of these overshadows the others (for instance, during high growth periods or downsizing) then the organization experiences "ill-health".

The corporate shaman looks at all of the energies in an organization and makes recommendations to help return all of the energies back into a healthy balance.
